Bleeding (RELIABLE)

In Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, go to File > Document Setup and set your bleeds to 0.125". Make sure your background images actually stretch to that red outer line!

If possible, ensure the injured body part is on a firm, flat surface to make your pressure more effective. bleeding

Place a clean dressing (or hemostatic dressing if available) on the wound. Apply steady, firm pressure using both hands.
