Detective Jameson stared at the small, metallic briefcase in front of him. It had been delivered to the police station earlier that morning with no indication of who sent it or what was inside. The only clue was a small, handwritten note attached to the case: "Play me."
"Your investigation into the recent string of disappearances is getting close to the truth," Agent Morse continued. "But you're not aware of the larger game being played. The Syndicate has infiltrated every level of your city's government and law enforcement. We have operatives in positions of power, manipulating events to further our own interests."
