This is the fastest way to make a propeller that spins when you blow on it or run with it.

Add a paperclip to the bottom for weight. When dropped, it will spin like a helicopter.

Once the glue cures, you can sand and carve the paper stack just like a piece of wood. The different colored layers will create a "grain" look similar to a real wooden propeller. Method 3: Origami Helicopter (Gravity Spinner)
