The story follows Héctor (Karra Elejalde), an ordinary man who recently moved into a new house with his wife, Clara. While observing the nearby woods through binoculars, he spots a young woman undressing. Upon investigating, he is attacked by a mysterious man with a pink-bandaged head and fled to a nearby scientific facility.

There, a scientist (played by Nacho Vigalondo) convinces him to hide in a mechanical tank, which is actually a time machine. Héctor travels back in time just one hour, only to realize that his attempts to "fix" the situation or avoid his past self inadvertently cause the very events he witnessed—including the assault and the appearance of the bandaged man.
