To protect Tomas and stop the virus from being released, Shaw has to move in the open. A former colleague from her assassin days, Grice, recognizes her but allows her to escape. However, he deletes the footage poorly; Samaritan begins reconstructing the data, bringing it closer to identifying Shaw.

Finch and Root conduct a separate sabotage mission to undermine Samaritan's growing influence.
